Jonathan Lee and team members Tim Fox, Alicia Lee and Peggy Gheesling work together with you throughout the building process. We're excellent listeners and responders. Your questions are answered; support and assistance are provided as your home plan is created and construction moves forward.

When we build a home for you, expect us to be hands-on and continuously examining the details. We take extra steps to ensure every final home plan is detailed by a draftsman and reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer before it's built. 

We give you schedules for selecting materials and products so that you have sufficient decision-making time. Interior designer Alicia Lee can provide help if you would like it. 

You're invited to visit the job site whenever you wish to see the progress on your home. There you'll frequently find Tim or Jonathan on site. Peggy Gheesling is often the first person you meet as you're considering working with Homes by Jonathan Lee, and she completes the circle as you close on your home.
